President Clinton unveiled details today of his domestic anti-drug strategy for the next fiscal year. He emphasizes a television ad campaign that he hopes the private sector will help pay for. NPR's Chitra Ragavan reports the campaign will be aimed at persuading young people of the dangers of drugs. Mr. Clinton plans to spend a total of 350- million dollars of federal and donated private money on the ads. His overall domestic anti-drug strategy for fiscal year 1998 carries a price tag of 16- billion dollars.
