Tax day, April 15th, is a time-honored tradition in the United States but in Communist-ruled Cuba, people are paying taxes for the first time. As Tom Gibbs reports from Havana - Cubans are less than enthusiastic about having to pay the state. In the past, the state has provided everything for the people free of charge.
