Jeremy Armstrong in Maximum Security

In the summer of 1997, at age 15, Jeremy Armstrong shot and killed a man in his father's crack house. He was tried as an adult and sentenced to 20 years in prison. Robert Siegel visits Armstrong — now 18 years old — and talks with him about life at the Wisconsin State Correctional Institution — a maximum security facility in Green Bay.
