Frank Quintero is the director of a violence prevention program in the housing projects of East Los Angeles. He thinks if once-warring black gang leaders in L.A. can declare a truce and deliver Thanksgiving baskets to the families of their enemies, surely the incoming president can reach out to his political enemies.
