Florida Voting and Ballot Issues

Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is once again acting to remove the names of convicted felons from the voting rolls. But civil rights groups say the state is still reeling from the 2000 election, when many African Americans and Hispanics were incorrectly listed as ineligible to vote. NPR's Tavis Smiley discusses the issues with Buddy Johnson, supervisor of elections for Hillsborough County in Florida, and Barbara Arnwine, executive director of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
