Ending Corporate Discrimination

Ten years ago, the Denny's restaurant chain was forced to pay a $54-million settlement in a class-action suit charging it discriminated against African Americans. But discrimination in the corporate world persists. NPR's Tony Cox discusses what it takes to change corporate culture with U.T.
