Debating Medicare Cuts

Doctors say proposed cuts in Medicare reimbursements will force them to reduce care to seniors and the disabled. But new analysis shows that many doctors actually increase services to patients -- using new therapies and more preventative care -- when Medicare lowers reimbursements.
