Maine prepares for Hurricane Lee

Maine Gov. Janet Mills has declared a state of emergency as Hurricane Lee is expected to bring high seas, heavy winds, and rain. The Category 1 storm is predicted to make landfall in the Canadian Maritimes on Saturday.
