For the first time, 2 students receive college athletic scholarships for Cornhole

STEVE INSKEEP, HOST:

Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep.

For the first time, two students received college athletic scholarships for cornhole, the backyard game where you toss a bag at a board and try to drop it in the hole. Colorado high schoolers Jaxson Remmick and Gavin Hamann have already won a pair of national championships in the American Cornhole League. This fall, both head to South Carolina to play Division One cornhole for Winthrop University. Congratulations.
