Arizona public schools close as state funds voucher programs cause falling enrollment

Arizona’s voucher program spends taxpayer funds to send students to schools that are not in the public system.

Laura Meckler,  national education writer at the Washington Post, reports that this year, a number of public schools have been closing because of falling enrollment.
