Beethoven Mass in C Major Concert
The Tampa Oratorio Singers launch their concert season with the Beethoven “Mass in C Major” on Sunday, November 5 at 4pm at Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church, Tampa, Florida.
The Beethoven “Mass in C Major” is a favorite of singers, interweaving the chorus and orchestra while bringing to life the work of this famous composer. The concert will feature professional orchestra and soloists, closing with the energetic “Hallelujah” from the “Mount of Olives”.
Beethoven was a musical revolutionary, composing 9 symphonies, 5 piano concertos and 32 piano sonatas. His expressive compositions have been played from concert halls to the silver screen for two centuries.
The Tampa Oratorio Singers is an auditioned concert chorus, comprised of auditioned singers from all walks of life.
