Friday, May 17: Fresh Beginnings at NOVEL Beach Park, a series of events to rejuvenate the mind and body

8 – 9 a.m.: Gather at NOVEL Beach Park’s scenic Sunset Lounge offering panoramic views of Old Tampa Bay to sip on fresh-pressed, immunity-boosting juice and enjoy an instructor-led sound bath meditation to reduce stress and start the day with a clear mind. Fresh-pressed juice bar will be available until 11 a.m.

Noon – 1 p.m.: DIY plant workshop with a collection of apartment-friendly plants and decorative potters from Yura Vine

3:30 – 5 p.m.: Happy hour including wine tastings from Cru Cellars and a communal charcuterie table with locally curated cheeses, meats, and fruit selections served with a “connection card” to foster community and encourage conversation

Saturday, May 18: SABOR: A NOVEL Beach Park Celebration, honoring Tampa’s rich history and culture

10 a.m. – Noon: Made-to-order Cuban espresso cafecito from Shortwave Coffee paired with an assortment of pasteles (pastries), fruit, and snacks

1 p.m. – 3 p.m.: Enjoy a midday snack of chips and salsa paired with refreshing margaritas

3:30 – 5:30 p.m.: Celebration at the community’s infinity-edge sunset saltwater pool complete with a live DJ, snacks, and a pop-up bar
