Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush will address the Republican National Convention on Thursday, with other changes in a new schedule released this evening.
Organizers were considering extending the convention, delayed a day due to Tropical Storm Isaac, but the new schedule does not reflect that change.
Concerns about severe weather were somewhat alleviated early Sunday evening as reports showed Isaac veering west.
"Everything is going to be back to normal on Tuesday," committee Chairman Reince Priebus said Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union."
Some speeches will be shorter than originally planned, he said.
Presidential candidate Mitt Romney and vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will be nominated on Tuesday.
Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn will speak on Tuesday, as well. Gov. Rick Scott canceled his speech to focus on Isaac and Florida's state of emergency.
