The RNC wasn't even in session on Monday, as the threat of Tropical Storm Isaac was still very real. The Coalition to March on the RNC wasn't deterred.
The group expected thousands and a few hundred showed up, but the protesters took to the Tampa streets and marched on the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
