Mitt Romney spoke to supporters in Sarasota on Thursday, claiming that President Obama has "waved the white flag of surrender" regarding changing Washington D.C. from the inside. He also spoke of his plan for the future of the country, and stated that he wouldn't decrease the size of the nation's military if elected.
