Powell: Iraq Won't Have Veto Power over U.S. Troops
Secretary of State Colin Powell says Iraq's new interim government will not have veto power over operations by U.S. forces following the June 30 transfer of sovereignty, but U.S. and Iraqi leaders will collaborate on "necessary arrangements" for troops. Richie Parker. Parker was a star in high school, but after he was charged with the sexual abuse and attempted rape of a classmate, colleges withdrew their scholarship offers. He attended a community college out west where he was prohibited from the basketball team before he transferred to play for Long Island University.
