Former Assistant Secretary of State for European and Community Affairs Richard Holbrooke testified today at a hearing before the Senate Select Intelligence Committee, which has begun hearings to determine whether the White House complied with federal law on covert activities in relation to the shipment of Iranian arms to Bosnia.
