House Mulls Rule Change to Protect GOP's DeLay

NPR's Alex Chadwick speaks to NPR's Andrea Seabrook about a rule change proposed by Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives that would allow members to remain in leadership posts, even when they are under criminal indictment. The effort is seen as a move to support House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX). His effort to redraw congressional districts in Texas is under grand jury investigation, and three fundraising colleagues have already been indicted.
