Obama Addresses Congress And Nominates Locke

President Obama spoke to Congress Tuesday in a primetime address. Gov. Bobby Jindal (R-LA) delivered the republican response following Obama's speech.

Also, Obama has nominated former Washington Gov. Gary Locke to head the Commerce Department, his third nominee for the post.
