BBC Weatherman Apologizes For Inaccurate Forecast

DAVID GREENE, HOST:

Good morning. I'm David Greene. Rainy weather is the norm in Britain, and so forgive people in southeast England for being excited when the BBC was calling for a dry, sunny weekend.
