Sylvester Stallone is the star of the new Paramount+ series”Tulsa King.” The actor plays an aged New York gangster, fresh out of prison and navigating an unusual new world. His crime family sent him to Tulsa, Oklahoma, which he only begrudgingly accepted after a hostile meeting.
