Russian missile attack kills at least 17 in Ukraine

Ukrainian officials say a Russian missile attack early Wednesday killed at least 17 people in and around Kyiv.

Ukraine said it was unable to intercept any of the missiles from Russia. It was the third attack on the city in the last week.
