Veterans Day activities and remembrances are not confined to one day or one location. Communities throughout Florida and the nation are planning special events to recognize the sacrifice of those who have served in the US Armed Forces and those who are currently serving.

A map of Veterans Day observances throughout the United States is provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs: Celebrate our Veterans this Veterans Day.  Participate in Veterans Day events across the country on November 11, 2013, and join VA as we #ThankAVet on social media.
