BayCare Kids Mobile Medical Clinic provided by the Children's Board Family Resource Centers for Hillsborough County Residents.

Well-Child Exams and Immunizations
St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital Mobile Medical Clinic off ers
well-child physicals and immunizations at no cost for
children who are age 18 or younger and:
 Are enrolled in Medicaid OR
 Have no health insurance OR
 Are American Indians or Alaskan natives

Visit Requirements
-In-Person Registration is required. Please visit your local Children's Board Family Resource Center to register.
-All children must have their parent or legal guardian present. A notarized guardianship letter is required to show legal guardianship.
-The parent or legal guardian must bring their photo ID.
-Each child scheduled will need to bring their most current immunization record, even if they do not need shots.
-Sports Physicals are not provided.

All children qualify for the health screenings listed below, with or without insurance:
-Child development screening
-Hearing screening
-Vision screening
-Health navigator

MAACM Charley Harper Fish Glass Class
Friday, June 5 and 12, 2026; 10am - 1pm
Inspired by Charley Harper and his love for wildlife, this level 1 leaded glass project features a beautiful fish on a 6X7-inch panel. Registration for this class includes two 3-hr glass sessions 6/5 and 6/12. Closed-toed shoes are required to participate in class. Class fee: Non-members: $125, Members $110.

MAACM The Luna Moth Glass Class
Tuesday, June 2 and 9, 2026; 10am-1pm

A Long cultural and spiritual symbol of transformation, this striking Luna moth makes for a great decoration you can craft in this level 1 leaded glass class. Registration for this class includes two 3-hr glass sessions, 3/31 and 4/7. Closed-toed shoes are required to participate in class. Class fee: Non-members: $125, Members $110.
