According to the Tampa Bay Times, one northbound lane and two southbound lanes of Ashley Drive are reopened Friday at Polk Street. A railroad construction project in Downtown Tampa is moving along ahead of schedule.
CSX is replacing railroad tracks along Polk Street. The project was expected to take three weeks to complete. Ashley Drive was closed since May 7.
Officials say they expect to reopen all Ashley Drive lanes by next week.
