General elections are being held Nov. 5 in Charlotte, Highlands, Manatee, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota counties.

If you haven’t cast your vote early or by mail, polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Punta Gorda will choose a new City Council District 3 seat.
The city of Avon Park will elect a new mayor and city council member.
Anna Maria will choose a city commissioner.
Bradenton Beach will choose a mayor and fill seats in Wards 1 and 3.
Holmes Beach will elect a commissioner.
St. Petersburg City Council District 1, 3, 5, 7 will be polling for council members, two charter amendments and a referendum question.
Seminole will elect a new mayor, two council members, and vote on four charter amendments.
Auburndale will choose a new city council member.
Fort Meade will be decide whether to adopt two charter amendments.
Lakeland will be elect two city commissioners and decide whether to accept two charter amendments.
Winter Haven will elect a city commissioner.
Venice will decide City Council seat Nos. 5, 6 and 7.
Runoff elections, if necessary, will be held Dec. 3.
