Investigators are looking into the possibility that a lit cigarette caused a fire on campus Tuesday afternoon near the Byrd Alzheimer's Institute. Campus police say they got the call around 2:40p.m.
Police say the area was used to dispose of trash and that there was no damage to any of the surrounding buildings. No one was hurt.
