The International Indian Film Academy's biggest party is starting this week in Tampa. Otherwise known as the Bollywood Oscars, tens of thousands of fans are expected to attend IIFA eventsacross the Bay Area.
And famous Bollywood actors and actresses are expected to be in town.
So to get you ready for the festivities, which start with the IIFA Stomp Wednesday night at Tampa's Curtis Hixon Park, here's a little primer on The Best of Bollywoodfrom Time.
Over the years, Bollywood has brought great musicals, filled with romance, music and dancing. And stars like Aishwarya Rai, who is one half of a superstar film couple. Who can forget her star turn in Bride and Prejudice from 2003, very loosely based on Austen's Pride and Prejudice, which featured British actor Naveen Andrews of ABC's hit "Lost" in this dance scene?
