Protestants have been protesting violently over the banning of a parade. Police decided to prevent the exclusively Protestant, two hundred-year-old Orange Order from parading through a predominantly Catholic area in its annual march.

Robert talks with Jonathon Steele, a writer for The Guardian (a British newspaper), about his views on Russian President Boris Yeltsin. Steele says Yeltsin has adopted the tune of the Communists in his bid for re-election.
