The sudden shutdown of Hillsborough's juvenile detention center has reportedly left judges, lawyers and officials confused about where to house the youths who were placed there.

Political campaigns cost a lot of money. And it's got to come from somewhere. That's where political action committees, or PACs, come in. They've brought a lot of money into the midterm races, especially in Florida's race for governor.

Kavanugh's decisions have effectively pulled the campaign finance system rightward, letting in more money with less regulation.
