Every day at the MFA is filled with time exploring the galleries, learning with MFA staff and other local experts, creating art, playing games, and making new friends and memories. Pop, cut, smash, create! Join us in the lab as we experiment with art-making and transform everyday items into extraordinary artworks. Find inspiration in the galleries as we learn about new artists each day from around the world and throughout history. All week long, we’ll explore unique ways to create–from unusual materials to unexpected methods. Build, break, melt, and shake your way through the artistic process as you bring your own artistic vision to life in the Art Lab!

Deal Maker is the story of a cantankerous but loveable grandpa who likes to call the shots. Watch as his family navigates difficult territory as he shakes things up. With him in the driver’s seat, you never know what will happen next. Join in the unexpected fun as he finds his way while planning a revolution!

Join SAGES (Senior Actors Guild & Education Services) and our talented senior cast as they present this FREE & FUN one-act play about maintaining independence while safely steering your way through the twists and turns of life.

Open to the public with NO COST for admission. Family friendly and handicap accessible. Play runs 60 minutes, followed by 30-minute Q & A with Florida Highway Patrol and Local Law Enforcement.

Reservations for FREE general seating can be made online. Doors will open at 1:00 pm for guests with reservations. Walk-ins will be seated in any open seats at 1:45 pm. Arrive early for goody bags and door prizes!

Ceramics Continued Study is a space for students to enhance their learning experience with instructor assistance and guiding knowledge. Sign up for a single class to continue working and add the finishing touches on projects you've started in one of our other classes. Sign up for multiple classes to choose your own adventure in hand-building or wheel thrown ceramics. Work with your instructor to plan out your projects and make them a reality. Some experience with clay is recommended.
