Join us at the Morean Center for Clay for an exciting evening of Pottery, Presentations, and a Decadent Dinner!
Each attendee will receive a unique ceramic plate made here at the Morean Center for Clay by an artist in resident.You will get the chance to meet this year’s artists and learn their processes throughout the evening as you enjoy a scrumptious plate of pasta.
Raffles and a silent auction of artworks will be available to enter throughout the evening for a chance to win additional artwork!
Proceeds from the evening will go towards sending our artists in residence to the annual ceramics conference, NCECA.

Through January 25, pirates are invading GCM for Gasparilla and bringing a swashbuckling good time! Throughout the month, you and the family can make your own pirate gear (like necklaces and swords), use your 'pirate’s eye' on a weekly scavenger hunt for treasure, ditch the sea shanties for pirate storytimes, sharpen your skills instead of your swords with rotating daily activities, and make new mateys with special guests.
Go nose to nose with Big John, the World’s Largest Triceratops, in an immersive and playful dinosaur exhibit at the Glazer Children’s Museum in Downtown Tampa. Whether you have a child at home or not, all are welcome to visit this colossal exhibit, 66 million years in the making.

Monday, January 18th & 19th, we will have Abigail Adams and Friday and Saturday, January 23rd and 24th, George Washington's War Tent will be on-site. First time on display in Florida. This will be great for families, homeschool students, or classroom field trips.
