The Tampa Bay Rays closed out the regular season with a 100-62 record and will face an American League East rival in the AL Division Series.

The 2-0 AL Wild Card Series win over the Toronto Blue Jays is the first postseason series victory for the Tampa Bay Rays in 12 years.
