Drew Rasmussen allowed one run over seven innings and Tampa Bay’s offense kept on constant pressure on Cleveland to win Game 5. The series comes back to Tropicana Field for Game 6 on Monday night.

Yandy Díaz, Jonathan Aranda, Chandler Simpson and Junior Caminero had six hits and six RBIs after going 7-for-41 with three RBIs the first three games. The win means there will be a Game 6 on Monday at the Trop.

MLB was hoping there would be a three-hour window of dry weather in Cleveland to get the game in, but the showers never let up. Game 4 is now on Saturday at 8 p.m. at Progressive Field.

Cleveland went in front on Petey Halprin's two-run home run in the fifth while Tampa Bay managed struck out 13 times. Game 4 is set for Friday, but the weather may come into play again.

The game was originally scheduled for 6 p.m. Major League Baseball moved the time up five hours to keep the series on schedule. Other times in the series remain the same, for now.

The game will be on big screen in the stadium bowl area. Bad weather is in the Cleveland forecast for Friday, but Game 4 is now scheduled for 8 p.m. because of the Brewers' sweep of the Dodgers in the NLCS.

Tampa Bay took advantage of a Cleveland error to put up all their runs in the fourth inning while starter Freddy Peralta blanked the Guardians over six innings. Game 3 is Thursday in Cleveland.

Former Ray Nathaniel Lowe hit a tiebreaking, two-run single in the eighth, and Chase DeLauter and Patrick Bailey hit solo homers off ace Drew Rasmussen. Game 2 is back at the Trop on Tuesday at 8 p.m.

Tampa Bay's "small ball" and Cleveland's “Guards Ball" vie for the American League pennant and a spot in the World Series. The starting pitchers for Game 1 are Drew Rasmussen and Foster Griffin.

Tropicana Field will host Game 1 on Monday and Game 2 on Tuesday in prime time. Games 3 and 4 are in Cleveland. The Guardians stand in the way of Tampa Bay making a third World Series appearance.

Victor Mesa Jr. hit a tiebreaking, two-run homer in the sixth inning as the Rays beat the Yankees 4-3 to win their AL Division Series. Tampa Bay will host the Guardians-White Sox winner in Game 1 on Monday.

Tampa Bay has a 2-0 lead and can close out the series Wednesday with a win at Yankee Stadium. For $5, you can watch with other fans inside Tropicana Field. Tickets are also available for a possible Game 5 in St. Petersburg.
