WUSF Rush Family Florida Matters Live & Local internMy love for journalism began during my time as an anchor for my high school's weekly news show. I also grew up as a massive sports fan, and I was inspired by the journalists I watched every Sunday.
Originally from Winter Haven, Florida, my purpose has always been serving the community and sharing information that matters to those around me.
I am currently a senior at USF, pursuing a bachelor's in mass communications with a minor in political science.
As an intern with Florida Matters Live and Local, I hope to work alongside a strong team and improve my skills in the realm of journalism and radio news.
