Arts Axis Florida Brand ManagerI create content and manage the Arts Axis Florida brand, which uplifts the arts and cultural space across the greater Tampa Bay region.
I am a Tampa native (rare these days), and I grew up in North Tampa. I switched Tampa out for Gainesville and the University of Florida, where I studied Family, Youth, and Community Sciences. After graduation, I returned to Tampa for another degree in Film and Media Arts at the University of Tampa.
Before my time here at WUSF, I worked in interior design, editing, and content creation. I also have worked with kids, the arts, and performed on stage and in film. My background hasn’t been a straight course, but it's always been arts-heavy and has given me many skills that I think work perfectly, especially since I started as the brand manager of Arts Axis Florida at WUSF in 2021.
In my free time, you can find me doing anything. My interests are constantly changing. Aside from singing or dancing, which are constants for me, these days you’ll find me in a Pilates class, playing with my cute nieces, outdoors, reading, or thrifting something for my home.
My aim will always be to continue championing the arts and local communities and celebrate the culture that makes this a great city.
